Fixed monthly fee, no surprises per token or credit. The size of that monthly fee is set during discovery — it depends on your order volume and complexity (line count, attachments, ERP integration, customisation). Transparent, but set after discovery, not before.
Every field carries a confidence score. Below a threshold it’s flagged for review. And nothing reaches your ERP without someone on your team hitting “approve”.
Yes. We’re building Ordermind specifically for sectors with heavy customization — blinds, steel processing, project lighting. We roll out in phases: orders with clear structure first, then the exceptions step by step.
Almost always. There’s usually a web API, an import path or a direct database connection. We map it during discovery and quote the custom work separately.
