Orders automatically into
Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
Ordermind reads purchase orders from email, PDF and Excel, validates them against your Navision master data and prepares validated sales orders in Dynamics NAV. Your team approves — Ordermind takes out the retyping.
From inbox to Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) — in four steps.
We connect via the NAV web services (SOAP and/or OData) on your on-premise environment — available for NAV 2009 and later (OData from NAV 2013).
Email, PDF or Excel lands in the connected mailbox.
Items, quantities and prices are recognised and checked against your Navision master data.
One screen, edge cases flagged. One click.
Ordermind creates the Sales Order via the web services — customer, items and prices complete.
One click — and the order is in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
Ordermind reads the order, validates every line and prepares it. Your buyer approves; Ordermind writes the sales order.

No more retyping orders into Navision
Your back office stops typing from the mailbox and starts approving orders instead of entering them.
Built for older, on-premise NAV too
Many NAV environments run on-premise and are heavily customised. We connect via the web services or a tailored layer — no screen robots.
Your master data stays in charge
Ordermind never invents item numbers. Anything that doesn't match goes to your team — not blindly into NAV.

Questions about the Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) connection.
Does Ordermind work with older Navision versions?
Yes. We connect with Dynamics NAV 2009 and later via the NAV web services — NAV 2009–2012 over SOAP, OData from NAV 2013. Versions older than NAV 2009 (classic Navision) have no web services and are not supported.
How is this different from the Business Central connection?
Business Central is the cloud successor to Navision. If you still run NAV, this is your page; when you migrate to BC later, the connection carries over.
How does Ordermind connect to an on-premise NAV?
Via the NAV web services or a tailored integration layer, with an authorised connection. We work out together what fits your environment and security.
What happens to uncertain orders?
They get a low confidence score and go to your team instead of straight into NAV.
