Does Ordermind work with Exact Online?
Yes. The connection runs over the Exact Online REST API with OAuth 2.0. Exact Globe (on-premise) uses a different integration and reaches end-of-life in 2026, so we focus on Exact Online.
Do I need an Exact app or connector?
You authorise Ordermind once on your administration via the standard Exact connection. After that everything runs over the API.
Does Ordermind write sales orders or only quotes?
After approval Ordermind creates a sales order. We align the exact order type to your process during the pilot.
How long does setup take?
A pilot is typically live within a few weeks. We start with one order flow and expand from there.
What happens to uncertain orders?
They get a low confidence score and go to your team. Nothing enters Exact unseen.
